Our client is a chilled and frozen food company who produce for the major bluechip food manufacturers
Due to the continued growth of the business new opportunities have become available for Production Team Leaders to join their team
Reporting into the Production Supervisor the main purpose of the role will be to lead and manage a manufacturing team across a shift based time frame
Role Accountabilities
Ensure that operatives in their area are correctly deployed and are performing to standards
Ensure that production targets are met on time
To ensure the delivery of agreed KPIs within their area through the team making sure that KPIs are understood
Manage performance and attendance of operatives
Ensure that operatives are coached and trained in all aspects of their role
Undertake team briefs on a daily basis
Liase regularly with peers and managers to ensure effective support services
