This is an exceptional opportunity to join a prestigious and exclusive 4 hotel based in Oxford as a Human Resources Manager The ideal candidate will join a team who have passion drive and offer excellent customer services Within this senior management position the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all human resources activity within the hotel to ensure business needs budgets and legal requirements are met
The Role will include
Recruiting all staff for the hotel
Managing all personnel documentation ensuring it meets both company and legal requirements
Ensure appropriate training is given in all areas including health and safety customer service and management
Employee inductions including departmental inductions
Dealing with any staff issues within the hotel in a professional manner such as disciplinary and grievance procedures
Actively promote and encourage staff to take part in NVQ programmes
