Reporting to the Quality Manager you will assist in providing the necessary company QA functions to satisfy customer requirements
Responsibilities
Understand interpret customer specifications
Liaise with sales on quality and technical issues in relation to customer requirements
Review production packages to ensue all quality requirements are met
Input relevant data onto the DIP system
Review purchase orders for materials to ensure compliance with customer specifications
Apply to customer for concession requests
Submit customer witness notifications
Control QA document archives
Update records specifications
Enter delivery requirements onto the delivery schedule
Book out completed jobs and compile necessary QA Documents to be sent to customer
