Our clients represent a portfolio of dealerships in the West Midlands and they are looking for an experienced Customer Service Adviser to join their Aftersales team based in Bromsgrove
This position is for Arbury who offer a one stop shop for all their customers motoring requirements They have the handson approach of a family run business and the vision of a large dealer group
The main purpose of the role is to maximise Service Department profitability through the use of professional sales techniques maximising customer awareness of services offered by the workshop
You will be the first point of contact for the customer as they enter the dealership Service Department and duties include
Greeting all customers and visitors promptly courteously and professionally
Booking in vehicles and explaining the repair process to customers
Striving to achieve consistent levels of customer satisfaction
