Our client a highly successful Welfare to Work training provider urgently require a Performance Improvement Manager in the Humberside Yorkshire Lincolnshire region
Reporting to the Performance Director the main duties include being responsible for supporting all under performing centres to implement change management to increase performance across all key performance indicators
The successful candidate must have significant performance and operational leadership icluding management of multi site operations
