My Clients are looking for a Service Manager for their large residential scheme for adults with learning disabilities based in Gwynedd Ideal candidates for this role will have experience managing a large scheme and have their NVQ4RMA or equivalent although this is not essential if you have extensive management experience in the learning disabilities field
Within this role duties will include care planning and risk assessments staff supervisions and appraisals staff recruitment and training and ensuring high quality care provision is maintained Responsibilities will also include ensuring the service is compliant with CSSIW regulations helping market the business to win referrals following detailed support plans and maintaining health and safety policy
