I am currently looking for a strong chef Head Chef to cover in a stunning restaurant close in the South East of England
We are looking for a temp Head Chef to for a minimum of 4 weeks
You will have the support of a strong brigade and an Executive Chef
This role would suit an established Head Chef or a very strong Sous Chef with a minimum of 2 AA Rosette experience you will need to be able to manage a brigade of 8 chefs cooking for around 100 covers
Accommodation and a good rate of pay is on offer Get in touch ASAP if you are available
