Purpose of Role
Working as part of the Facilities Department our Catering team provide first class service to the whole of YBSs employees
As a Senior Chef you will prepare and cook meals for the staff restaurant You will support the Head Chef by ordering supplies in their absence and organising day to day running of kitchen Your duties will also include planning and delivering weekly specials and new dishes for restaurant performing stock take duties and inputting figures on our stock control system performing all checks and document hazard analysis evidence for inspections and ensuring hygiene procedures are followed for safe food handling
