As the Residential Support Worker you will have the opportunity to work with individuals with Autism Epilepsy and Challenging Behaviour and to assist them on a daily basis to achieve their daily care plans this can include helping them around the home to prepare food or taking them to the park or to go swimming and integrating within the local community The role of the Residential Support Worker is vital and can be very challenging but ultimately rewarding in every way
The Residential Support Worker will be expected to be available on a rota basis between 7am and 10pm Monday to Sunday therefore to be considered for this excellent opportunity you should be available to work as required
