Our Client based in Cwmbran is looking for an experienced Surveyor to carry out stock condition surveys on domestic properties
You will be required to
Undertake surveys of existing buildings to formulate a report and provide recommendations for a PV Solar Panel project
Liaise with the occupants in accordance with the clients Customer Care Procedure
Have a good knowledge of current Health Safety legislation
Experience of working within a Social Housing environment is beneficial for this role
