Role In the role of Bilingual Customer Service Claims advisor you will be required to display your customer service skills using equipment appropriate for the position In this position you will be responsible for the following working on client projects supporting clients via email and telephone on general and technical queries developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients In addition you will be responsible for the renewal of contracts where possible cocoordinating with clients efficiently on their needs and expectations making sure clients are fully aware of and understand the processes and tools that have been undertaken for their projects
