The Role
The Manchester Real Estate Team currently consists of one Director one Senior Associate and one Solicitor The Team are involved in a wide range of real estate matters acting for property developers tenant occupiers local asset backed vehicles and funders of both property and energy related assets The Team are also involved in providing due diligence support to the Infrastructure Projects Team Corporate and Finance Teams in Manchester
Key skills experience qualifications required
