Our client are seeking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Functional Skills Trainer to join their dynamic and expanding team
Working with 1618 year old learners you should be able to engage disaffected youth learners and have good experience of working with this client group
The core elements that you should be able to deliver are Numeracy Literacy and ICT from entry level 1 to level 1
Essential requirementsqualities
Excellent subject knowledge ideally qualified to Level 3 A Level standard or above
Must have teachingtraining experience
Experience in delivering Numeracy and Literacy qualifications
Experience with Curriculum design and development including lesson plans SOW
Relevant teaching qualifications or willingness to work towards
Be reliable and committed able to inspire and motivate
Able to work on own initiative
