An enthusiastic and hardworking Sales Negotiator is required for a reputable local Estate Lettings Agents
Main Purpose
To contact new vendors in order to increase the levels of homes within the portfolio whilst working within a team contacting prospective clients and matching their needs to the available properties
Based in a busy sales and lettings agency in Derby city centre your duties will include
Canvassing Making sales calls and achieving sales targets
Dealing with both sides of the business professionally people looking for a place people wishing to let a place
Managing queries from clients coming in vendors purchasers landlords and tenants
Accompanying viewings
Drawing up rental contracts
