Position: Sales Operation Specialist To Senior Directors

Office Angels have a position available with one of their largest clients based in the Reading area who are a global organisation
You will be supporting two Senior Directors as well as adhoc support for the sales team so previous experience and exposure to the sales environment especially the SALES CYCLE and working with a sales team is VITAL
Your day to day duties will include
Tracking deals from start to completion
Extensive diary management
Travel booking and coordination
Minute taking a followup reports
Creation of PowerPoint presentations
Quarter end reporting
Expenses for Directors and sales team where necessary
Preparing for all business meetings
The ideal candidate will
Proven track record of providing administrative and sales administrative support at Senior DirectorVP level in a global organisation
Must have a good understand of how a sales function operates
