As Commis Chef you will be preparing cooking and serving fresh seasonal ingredients to rosette standards you will receive training from The Head Sous and Chef De Parties
The Head Chef is looking for a Commis Chef with at least 12 years experience cooking with fresh ingredients
As Commis Chef you will be expected to complete daily prep lists under the supervision of Chef De Partie aiming to run the section depending on your experiences you may be given the opportunity to showcase some of your own ideas
