Our client is a leading player in a UK food manufacturing industry and is a global FMCG company with sites based around the UK and worldwide Due to growth and development of the business they are looking to expand their operational team and recruit a number of Technical Operators for their site in Derbyshire
Within the role of Technical Operator you will be responsible for setting the machines ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently correcting any mistakes the machines are making and covering all the change overs when required You will also be responsible for first line maintenance of the machines and looking as process improvements of how the machines can be operated in a better way to increase productivity and reduce waste ensuring all production is done with Health Safety and Food Safety in mind
