A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a high class Head Chef within this fantastic restaurant situated in the glorious Oxfordshire country side
This popular country pub has gone from strength to strength following its complete refurbishment in 2010
The Head Chef will be responsible for high levels of hygiene control and health and safety throughout the department you will also have direct responsibility for wage budgeting and rotas achievement of GP targets and putting together and maintaining a happy and efficient team of up to eight chefs
Ideally you must have busy restaurant experience and imagination and flair is an absolute must To be organised hard working and cope well under pressure as well as being able to interface well with front of house staff
