Purpose To lead in developing and delivering a new Genesis HA wide Volunteering Programme
The post holder will
work across the Association developing a comprehensive Volunteering Programme building a framework of volunteer led programmes and through these providing a range of volunteering opportunities for residents and their families for staff in Genesis and for others interested in volunteering with the Association
need strong managerial skills good experience in working with external organisations as partners a breadth of knowledge of the voluntary sector and the ability to be able to develop new ideas and plans and to deliver them
will have experience of recruiting at different levels of skills and developing longer term volunteering commitments at management level in order to deliver the projects
