The Property Manager is accountable for the retention and growth of the Managed Portfolio through the efficient management of the tenancies in progress Forming the main point of contact for Landlord and Tenants the PM ensures that Landlords interests are protected and that Tenants are encouraged to maximise their length of stay through the provision of exceptional service
