Our client has a very exciting position available for a fulltime solicitor to work in the Salisbury office heading up the firms 3 office property team and conducting a caseload of commercial property along with lease extension enfranchisement and right to manage cases for both freeholders and tenants
The successful candidate will
Have minimum 4 years PQE
Have extensive experience of lease extension work the lease extension caseload along with supervising and assisting a legal assistant with our own lease extension caseload probably amounts to approximately 50 of the current workload We anticipate a considerable growth in our lease extension work in the next 3 years and the successful candidate must be enthusiastic about being a part of that growth
