A large financial services organisation in Manchester requires a Project Accountant on an interim basis It is thought that this will be over a 12 month contract Our client is ideally looking for a candidate who has previously worked within financial services
The Project Accountant is responsible for
Full review of the impacts of implementing a new Corporate Banking system Partenon on the financial processes reporting and GL controls
Full review of impacts of migrating a major acquisition
Identification and implementation of process improvements to drive increased efficiency within the finance function as Partenon is implemented and the acquisition is migrated
Providing support to the finance team to ensure that business as usual activities are maintained during the Partenon implementation phases
Assisting with adhoc technical projects as they arise through the implementation of Partenon and the acquisition
