This large scale supplier of quality products to the UK major multiples is well established in chilled food manufacturing group The company has an excellent focus on internal development prospects throughout their multisite operation
The role will include
Lead a team of operatives
Run manufacturing lines to set KPIs
Products meet the customers high quality standards and service levels
Manufacture efficient cost effective and safe manner
Actively work to reduce possible waste
Motivate the team
Working Sunday to Thursday on the AM shift
The successful candidate will have
Minimum of 2 years experience in food manufacturing at a team leader level or above
Experience of a similar role in a chilled environment
A working knowledge of Continuous Improvements Lean Manufacturing Quality...
