Senior Residential Support Worker Cambridge 17500 19500 per annum
A private educational provider supporting children with Autism have recently converted two houses on site and are now able to provide residential care for six children and are looking for care staff to join their team
As a Senior Residential Support Worker you will supervise staff on shift act as a key worker and support the children and staff in the residential unit as well as in the school as required
You will have experience working with children with autism in a residential setting working at a senior level supporting staff You will have your NVQ level 3 caring for children and young people Flexibility is required as you will be asked to work on a rota basis including lates waking nights and weekends In addition you will have a full drivers licence
