Our client is a leading Insurance Company and is currently seeking a Quality Controller within their Underwriting Operations team As the Quality Controller you will be responsible for measuring monitoring and feeding back on the quality of service provision accuracy and regulatory adherence in the Underwriting Operations and Underwriting teams
Responsibilities
Call monitoring live and recorded measuring adherence to standard operating procedures
Monitoring accounts query resolution with particular focus on adherence to authority levels and reporting on trend analysis
Feedback to team members and their team leaders on improvements that can be made and training required
Monitoring of underwriter quotes to ensure they are within the boundaries of the authority limits
Making suggestions to improvements in service or process and recommending training
