An opportunity has arisen within this small and respected licensed Insolvency Practice They are looking to recruit an Insolvency Administrator in this role you will be involved in the general day to day running of various corporate and personal insolvency cases
The Role
The candidate will be responsible for managing their own case load that will include the following responsibilities
Assisting the Manager Partner In preparing for meetings
Dealing with IVA Proposals
Interviewing Directors Bankrupts
Preparing Directors conduct reports
Procedural matters such as filing reporting document preparation and statutory compliance
Accounting requirements of individual cases
Basic investigations into insolvent estates
