My client an established technology led company is looking to recruit an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to be based in either their Bristol office
Job Summary
Responsible for resolving advanced technical problems involving ICT systems for company
Providing 3rd line telephone web IM and email support to users
To provide support to enable users to make effective use of systems
To provide daytoday support operation and control of all equipment within an IT and telecommunications network infrastructure
Ensuring that internal SLAs and ITIL processes are followed and completed within required timescales
