As Chef De Partie you must be capable of maintaining the current menus and have the technical skill required to develop new ideas encouraging locals to try new dishes and must have a genuine interest in further developing the business
To apply for this position as Chef De Partie you should have at least 3 years experience working in restaurants cooking with fresh ingredients
