An established Estate Agency is currently looking for an experienced and qualified Mortgage Adviser based in South Manchester
This role will be to cover 2 branches in South Manchester Car allowance and appointments leads are provided
Job Description
Your responsibilities will include
Advising on Mortgage and related products from an extensive panel of lenders
Generating leads and referrals to maximise on potential business opportunities
Liaising with other branch staff to ensure they are also maximising business opportunities by passing over any potential leads
Administration in accordance with company policy and procedure
Provision of high level of customer service in line with Best Advice principles
Maintain knowledge of products legislation and selling rules
