The Role
1 Process orders from internal and external sales or direct from our clients account holders
2 Communicate regularly with Account base via email and telephone
3 Provide administrative support to external sales force
4 Distribute marketing materials for accounts
5 Ensure embroidery samples are produced as and when required in a timely fashion ensuring samples match artwork approval forms
6 Liaise with Production Manager and production team to ensure requested leadtimes are met
7 Maintain knowledge of company policy and procedures and use as appropriate using best judgement
8 Ensure weekly open order report from Sales Reporting is cleared
9 Manage artwork hold reports to ensure all available orders are released and ready to print
10 Process all freight claims
11 Learn basic product knowledge across the range
