An intermediateSenior Quantity Surveyor is required by a national developer to work from their Essex head office on traditional build schemes
Their sites range from small infill projects of 10 units through to 200 unit projects on phased schemes across Essex Suffolk and Cambridgeshire
The ideal candidate will have 10 years experience working solely for a Residential Developer on traditional build projects and will have a good knowledge of East Anglia and be a commutable distance from Chelmsford
Degree qualified would be advantageous although on the job experience is a big plus for this client You must have worked for one of the major House Builders and will have a good stable career history
