We require a Support Worker to work in our residential childrens home in Wellingborough You will be working with children aged between 816 years old with autism
Your role will be to
Have responsibility in the daytoday care of children and young people
Carry out required assessments in order to identify needs and follow care plans
Carry out daytoday house hold duties
Provide emotional support for children and young people
Engage children and young people in daily activities
Manage challenging behaviour
Liaise with other professionals
