My client is looking for a Poolside Team Leader to oversee the Leisure Assistants within their centre
Duties
Dealing with all staff rotas
Managing staff and deal with any ongoing training
Rotate with duty manager and cover shifts for opening and closing of site
Oversee reception staff and help out if required
Dealing with all KPIs for staff
Deal with all stock taking of retail products
Requirements needed for the role
Experience of supervisor Team Leader within a Leisure environment
Experience of managing poolside staff
Experience of KPIs
A CRB check will need to be obtained for this role A poolside qualification and First Aid would be beneficial however is not essencial as client will do training...
