Change Management Analyst required by Global financial organisation This is a very interesting role where you will be involved with the move from an Inhouse Change Management system to a system provided by an outsourced 3rd party You will focus on all aspects of Change including Global Change awareness to Regional changes EMEA to IT processes systems and technology
Responsibilities
Adhere to a structured Change Management approach
Adhere to ITIL best practise principals
Identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance mitigate or address the concerns
Conduct readiness assessments evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easytounderstand manner
Manage and track life cycle of Changes
