An opportunity has arisen for a Sous Chef to join the team at a busy Gastro Pub in Warwickshire
The ideal candidate will have experience at Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef level however the client will consider applications from experienced Chefs de Partie looking for a first role at Sous Chef level You will have a proven track record in fresh food preparation and be able to demonstrate consistency in your cv be passionate about food and keen for progression You will also be qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 2 in catering or equivalent
The salary for Sous Chef is up to 20000 per annum plus tips and working 5 days from every 7 Livein accommodation is available for the right applicant
