Our client is a major facilities management company which has recently been successful in winning a significant contract with a renowned global petrol station and forecourt shop retailer
This role will cover a number of sites in the Guildford area
The key responsibilities of this position are
Carrying out several PPM Tasks to include visual internal and external areas and also reactive works on internal and external areas
Hands on cleaning minor repairs and overseeing one cleaning colleague
Completion of reports and communicating positively with all Forecourts Managers
Each petrol station will be visited monthly where regular PPM tasks will be required There are also additional PPM tasks which will need to be completed on a quarterly and biannual basis
