SAP ISU Support Analysts are required for our Utilities Client in Northern Ireland The Application Services Team requires an experienced SAP Support Analyst to play a key role supporting and maintaining a business critical billing system
Duties and Responsibilities
o Resolve issues raised by customers in accordance with stipulated SLAs and KPIs
o Develop and implement change requests raised by customers in accordance with stipulated SLAs and KPIs
o Develop the required depth of understanding of the supported IT applications and the associated business processes to be able to provide the highest level of service to our customers
o Liaise with other internal teams to deliver a complete solution which covers all of our customers requirements
o Work on larger projects as assigned
o Add extra value to customer service through innovation and efficiency initiatives
o Perform standby and call out duties on a rota basis
