Reconciling the bank
Reconciling other major control accounts such as PAYE and wages controls
Preparation of the VAT return from these spreadsheets
Filing VAT on line
Saving audit trail of the work to the client folder on the network
Communication with the client throughout either by telephone email or letter
Need excellent knowledge of Excel and Word Familiarity with the internet and Microsoft Outlook Need to be comfortable working in an intranet and office network environment
