Helpdesk Support Analyst is required by an IT solutions provider based in Woking to work on in their 24 7 Data centre Candidates can expect a salary of up to 17000
The role
The candidate will be based in the Woking office to provide support for clients hosted in the Datacenter as well as clients hosted globally The role will be on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern with some night shift work
Duties
Carry out customer requests such as server reboots tape changes hardware upgrades
Perform server network equipment installs
Carry out cable management and labelling including running new cable runs fitting cross connects
Install racks and cabinets to house customers network server equipment
Monitor and properly address facility alarms such as equipment alarms overheating circuit overloads etc
