Helpdesk Support Analyst SQL Crewe 12ph
A helpdesk support analyst with experience of providing telephone support on MS SQL and Server 2008 is immediately required for a shortterm rolling contract for a leading global business based in Crewe
THE ROLE
This is an excellent opportunity for an immediately available helpdesk support analyst who will have the following
Commercial experience of providing IT support on SQLbased products
Working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office
Experience of Windows server administration is desirable
DUTIES
Assess user knowledge and advise accordingly on effective use of applications
Make recommendations regarding hardware and software acquisitions to clients
Identify and report possible weaknesses in current software
Ensure equipment for onsite installations are configured and prepared

Salary
Up to 12ph depending on experience
