My Client is a newlyrefurbished 3 star Country House Hotel nestled on the banks of Derwent Water in Keswick The Hotel is pushing for their first Rosette and with such are recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the passionate team and introduce new creativity
The Hotel predominantly caters for the leisure market with a restaurant that seats approx 100 people and is very popular for their Sunday lunches There is also a smaller function room which could cater for approx 40 people for the occasional wedding or private dinners
To apply for the position you will need
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie ideally with experience on all sections
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Ability to selfmotivate and prioritise
Good communication and organisational skills
A Catering qualification is desirable although proven handson experience is more important
