My client is currently seeking a Junior Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team
The company is a 120m Building main contractor based in London and operating mainly across the South East They have two projects due to start one of which is a 9million new build industrial contract in South East London and the other projects is a 12million part commercial and retail development My clients typical contract values are from 1m 15million across the private and public sectors
Their portfolio includes both new build and refurbishment of hotels restaurants high spec residential education and healthcare
The indivdual
A minimum of 2 years main contracting experience
BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent industry qualifications
Good commercial acumen
Assertive without being aggressive
