Randstad Care are recruiting on behalf of an established South West care provider based in and around the Exeter area We are looking for both Part Time and Full Time Waking Night Support Workers to provide specialist residential provision for children and young people with learning disabilities between the ages of 8 and 18
Our client provides a therapeutic approach supporting children with challenging behaviour autism sensory and communication needs and severe Learning disability Regarding every house as a home staff provide a warm welcoming environment which enables everyone in care to live as ordinary a life as possible in order to support the child or young person
We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and attributes
Good numeracy and literacy skills are essential
NVQ Level 23 in Health Social Care Essential
Experience of working in a care setting is essential
