Our client provides a therapeutic approach supporting children with challenging behaviour autism sensory and communication needs and severe Learning disability Regarding every house as a home staff provide a warm welcoming environment which enables everyone in care to live as ordinary a life as possible in order to support the child or young person
As a residential Support Worker we are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and attributes
Good numeracy and literacy skills are essential
