Role summary
Excellent opportunity to join an established and dynamic Worthing based organisation on a 12 month fixed term contract Working as part of a small close knit team the job holder will be responsible for the successful operation of the batch schedule and first line contact with customers and vendors using various tracking software to ensure that the services provided by the department meet agreed service levels Reporting in to the Team Manager this role requires someone who is capable of hitting the ground running
Skills experience required
2 years previous helpdesk and operations support experience
Maintaining call queues assessing priorities responding to issues
MS Operating Systems knowledge
MS Active Directory knowledge
