An established and reputable brokerage in the Colchester area is currently looking to add an Account Handler to their Corporate Team This individual will service the insurance needs of our existing customers within the Corporate Risk Department providing quality customer care ensuring that documents are obtained and despatched promptly and all issues raised by the Client are effectively dealt with
Responsibilities
Working with the Account Executive you will be responsible for preparation of Renewal Reports
Develop relationships with existing clients and look after a personal allocation of renewable business
Dealing with clients via telephone correspondence and email inviting renewal and dealing with any changes to commercial policies mid term
Working with your own specific renewal allocations and dealing with those clients throughout the year
