Our client is a prestigious global professional services firm headquartered in London It has an immediate need for a talented Support Engineer to join its team based in N Essex
Your role will be to provide maintenance management and support functions for the firms Document Management Systems team centred on the Documentum and Oracle Servers on UNIX platform and ensuring the key Document Management Systems infrastructure is stable secure reliable scalable and performant Additional maintenance function on the other technologies listed above may also be required You will act as a technical resource to projects involved in design review testing and implementation of the solution as well as knowledge transfer to other members of the team and IT Support This will include Documentum installation and upgrades as wel l as a wide range of related support tasks
