My client an estate agency based in Portsmouth is seeking to appoint a Property Manager to manage their extensive property portfolio
The tasks include organisation of routine visits gas and electric safety checks renewals of tenancy agreements including insurance policies managing the maintenance control of contractors and progression of works
Management of the rent arrears system
Additionally there is a requirement to understand the law of contract and agency and this requires the completion of the national recognised certificate The Technical Award
As members of ARLA my client adheres to the Code of Practice and the Lettings Omubudsman
Occasional requirement for attendance at court and administer the claims process
Salary Circa 25 Caror Car Allowance
