Our client is the largest independent converter of PET in the UK making 15 billion preforms and 720 million bottles at their factories in Leeds and Tenbury Wells Their customers are companies filling juice drinks bottled water dairy drinks and food products Each site has a production team of around 110 people
Reporting to the Operations Director you will be responsible for all production and logistics activity on the site The key focus is the continuous improvement of the production process aiming to increase outputs while minimising cost waste and downtime Working closely with the customer service team you will agree production plans in order to meet customer expectations and arrange resources including engineering support and machinery ensuring orders are delivered on time and in full
