My client is a leading Maintenance and Refurbishment contractor delivering work for both public sector and private sector clients Their scope of work is very diverse and can range from small works up to multimillion property repairs frameworks This can include Decent Homes Voids Cyclical and External Decoration Painting Concrete Repairs Office Commercial Fit Out Retail Maintenance Refurbishment etc
You will be responsible for delivering multiple contracts ranging in value on time within budget and to specification You will be responsible for all Health Safety on site as must have excellent knowledge of CDM Construction Design Management You will also need a proven track record with a contractor delivering similar projects
